Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and Members in relation to the use of Internet services (hereinafter "Services") provided by TestZip (hereinafter "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" means all TestZip-related services that Members can use regardless of the implemented device (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs and mobile devices).
2. "User" refers to both Members and Non-members who access the Company's services and receive services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.

Article 3 (Disclosure and Amendment of Terms)

1. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the initial service screen so that Users can easily access them.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws such as the "Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions" and the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection."

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

1. The Company performs the following tasks:
   • Provision of psychological test content
   • Other tasks determined by the Company
2. The Company may change the content of services to be provided under contracts to be concluded in the future due to changes in technical specifications.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall be exempt from liability for service provision if it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters or force majeure equivalent thereto.

These Terms are effective from December 21, 2024.
